By using the Splendida Skin & Body website, our skin analysis tool, or the client portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information, not medical advice
Content on this site — including treatment descriptions, the blog, the chat assistant, and AI skin analysis results — is general cosmetic and informational guidance. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a dermatologist or physician for any skin or health condition. Treatment results vary from person to person.
AI skin analysis
The skin analysis tool is free and intended to suggest spa treatments you may be interested in. By uploading a photo you confirm that: you are at least 18 years old, the photo is of you (or you have the right to use it), and you consent to it being processed by our AI provider (OpenAI) as described in our Privacy Policy. You use the tool at your own discretion and results are provided "as is," without warranties.
Bookings and appointments
Online bookings are processed through Square Appointments and subject to Square's own terms. Prices, hours, and service availability may change without notice. For cancellations or changes, please contact us with reasonable advance notice.
Client portal
Portal access is personal and non-transferable, via a sign-in link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure. We may suspend access in case of misuse.
Intellectual property
Content on this site (text, branding, logos, and images) belongs to Splendida Skin & Body or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Splendida Skin & Body is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or its online tools.
